Jessica Walsh is the romantic, and Timothy Goodman is the commitmentphobe.

The idea is that it takes 40 days to change a habit.

40 days of dating-77

Step one is all about honesty: admitting to apathy or selfishness, or your desire to become kinder and more aware.

Start more conversations with people outside your social circles.

But what Jess and I created will always exist in its true form online. Who, in your dreams, is going to play you in the movie? Jess: I was always thinking of the future instead of being able to relax and enjoy the now. I really just let go after the project and it made dating fun again. Tim: I wasn't jealous of him being in a relationship with her.

Jess: We're going to take our first stab at designing movie titles…Tim: We hope they'll want to include the artwork like we have on the site. I went on a few dates, many of which were terrible. We maybe went on one date a week for about a month because we were traveling, this and that. How did the 40 Days experiment influence this relationship?

Jessica Walsh is a designer, art director, and partner in the New York–based design firm Sagmeister and Walsh.

Timothy Goodman is a designer, illustrator, and art director based in New York City; he runs his own studio.

Their friends wanted to make a trendy website, replete with sooo many cool fonts, and they obliged by closed-mouth kissing each other for over a month.” I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I’d like to believe that their only goal was self-improvement.

Tim: I get women either hating on me or hitting on me.

Tim: Yeah, they want to book a dinner with us and stuff.: Do you get people approaching you now saying they want to date you? (laughs)Jess: I've actually gotten lots of really thoughtful emails from some guys who say how they really like me and how I would like them. like one guy did a two-minute long music video about how I should go on a date with him.

The cast will be chosen once the script is written. It might take a year, or two years, so who knows who will be right at that time? But this was before the project launched (publicly).
